Insurance and Billing
Services may be provided in this health care facility by the facility as well as by other health care providers who may separately bill the patient and who may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as the facility. Patients and prospective patients may request from this facility and other health care providers a more personalized estimate of charges and other information.
Patients and prospective patients should contact each health care practitioner who will provide services in the ASC to determine the health insurers and health maintenance organizations with which the health care practitioner participates as a network provider or preferred provider. To request a Patient Pricing Quote, please call us at (407) 219-9611.
If you have insurance, we will help you maximize your benefits by filing for you. However, a co-payment (coinsurances or deductible) will be expected at the time of your procedure. For your convenience, we accept cash, check and most major credit cards.
You will receive a comprehensive bill for the services provided at the Center for Digestive Endoscopy. In addition to your bill from the center, you may receive a bill from other entities. Click here for a list of possible service providers that may charge you.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call (407) 896-1726.

The Cost of Your Procedure
Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.
You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients). Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
A High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is a plan with a higher deductible than a traditional health insurance plan.
A High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can be a wise way to save money on health insurance and take a proactive role in your healthcare.
